One chair was damaged and it took a little work but was eventually replaced. The overall comfort of this chair is below average no cushion in the seat of the chair. You can definitely get a better chair for less money.I'm really happy with these chairs! Purchased for my office and they're holding up really well. They're not used by people regularly, but our two dogs enjoy lounging in them a ton. The material isn't scratching or getting punctured by their claws as they jump and paw at the seats. The price point is excellent for what you're getting!This has the look that I was looking for! They pair perfectly with a charcoal tufted couch. They really bring the whole room together and look so on trend. They feel sturdy and it was easy to install the legs! They are not the cushiest chairs but that is why they stay looking good and not frumpy. Totally worth the trade in my house.These are pretty chairs but I’ve only had them a month and they ripped just from sitting in them. Not worth it unless you don’t mind ripped furniture
